Information you provide

When you request a quote, we ask for your name, the cleaning service you are interested in, your city or community, and at least one way to reach you — an email address, a mobile number, or both. You may also share a postal code, preferred timing and notes about your cleaning priorities. Only your name, city or community, the service and one contact method are required.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess your enquiry and follow up with you about it. We do not use it for marketing. Submitting a request does not confirm price, availability or a booking.

How we contact you

We contact you by email or text message (SMS), based on what you provide and your stated preference. SMS replies are sent manually by our team, not through an automated messaging system.

If you give us an email address, we may also send you one transactional email confirming that we received your quote request, even if you asked us to follow up by text message. It is not marketing. It does not confirm price, availability or a booking, and it does not repeat the details you submitted.

Optional automated assistant

This site includes an optional automated assistant you can choose to open. It will not send anything to an AI service until you take an explicit action to start a conversation. Messages you send it are processed by an AI service, which may process them outside Canada.

• No conversation transcript. We do not keep the content of your chat with the assistant.
• Enquiry details, when you submit them. If you send a quote request through the assistant, the details you submit are stored and used as described above, like a request made through the quote form.
• Limited usage measurement. We keep daily totals of how the assistant is used, without message content. A random identifier for your browser session is also stored so one visit is not counted twice. It is not linked to your name or contact details, but it is tied to your visit, so we do not call it anonymous.

Sharing and processing locations

Our production website database is hosted in Canada. We use service providers for website hosting, business email and the optional assistant above. Some enquiry information may also be processed outside Canada by these providers.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a service are kept for about two years after you submit them, then deleted. The assistant’s temporary session identifier is kept for about a week, and its daily usage totals for up to two years. Automated deletion is not active yet.

Records connected to a cleaning service we provide are kept for as long as our business, tax and legal obligations require; we have not set a fixed period for those.

Copies of our notifications and confirmation emails in our business email, held by service providers or kept in backups are not removed by that schedule. We are still setting up how long those copies are kept, so they may be held longer.

How we protect it

We take practical steps to limit access to submitted information, including slowing repeated automated submissions. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted by contacting us at the address below. We may need to keep certain records — for example, business and tax records for a service we provided, or where the law requires it — and will explain what applies to your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If you use the optional assistant described above, we keep daily usage totals and a short-lived random session identifier, as described in that section — never the content of what you type.
